Administrative Assistant - Acre, Philippines
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre, Philippines. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and organizing company files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Creating reports and presentations
- Managing office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- Providing general support to visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with bookkeeping tasks is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.
