IT Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel

As an IT Manager, you will oversee the management and implementation of information technology systems and processes within our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all hardware, software, and network resources, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve overall IT performance. This role requires a strong understanding of various technical areas such as network security, cloud computing, and software development. You must also possess excellent leadership skills to manage a team of IT professionals and coordinate with other departments to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of all information technology systems
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance IT performance
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on technical matters
- Ensure the security of all data and network resources
- Monitor system backups, upgrades, and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in information technology and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in managing information technology systems
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure) preferred
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary: $1600/month
