Online Consultant for Indian Market

As an Online Consultant for our company's Indian market, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our customers through online communication channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and providing product and service recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our Indian customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. This position is full-time and requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the Indian time zone. It is also suitable for male candidates.
