We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and finishing surfaces on various structures such as walls, ceilings, and floors. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Measure and mix ingredients to create plaster mixture
- Apply plaster to surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth and level plaster to achieve desired texture and finish
- Repair any cracks or imperfections on existing plastered surfaces
- Work with precision to ensure smooth, even layers of plaster
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with construction materials and techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages
