Finisher Technician
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a skilled and experienced Finisher Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Finisher Technician, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply paint or other finishes to products using various tools and techniques
- Inspect finished products for defects and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with supervisors and team members about project progress and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques, such as spraying, brushing, and staining
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with wood or metal finishing preferred but not required
- Certification in finishing or related field is a plus

This position is suitable for men who have the physical ability to perform the duties required. Part-time options may be available upon request. Employees will need their own accommodation within Beer-Sheva. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for qualified candidates.
