Equipment Operator (Indian Female, English Speaking) in Izhevsk, Russia


We are currently hiring an Equipment Operator for our company in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of equipment to assist with construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and complete tasks according to project plans
- Safely and efficiently use equipment to dig trenches, grade land, and transport materials
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project goals are met
- Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- Must be a female Indian national with a valid work permit in Russia
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month with potential for increases based on performance.
