Entry Level Architecture Manager

We are a fast-growing architecture firm based in Izhevsk and we are seeking an entry level Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a perfect opportunity for an English speaking Indian candidate who is looking to start their career in architecture and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop architectural designs
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications
- Ensure that all projects meet client requirements, budget limitations, and building codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Review and approve contractor bids and change orders
- Provide leadership and support to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred but not required
