Junior Architectural Technologist


We are in need of a talented and driven Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Acre. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, preparing drawings and specifications, and conducting site visits to ensure project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design process by creating detailed drawings and 3D models
- Prepare specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and changes in building codes
