Architectural Technologist - Acre, Brazil

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and specifications for architectural projects in the city of Acre, Brazil. Your main task will be to assist architects in developing and implementing design concepts, ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure project success.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture and possess excellent technical skills. You should also be familiar with building codes and regulations in Brazil, as well as have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with contractors and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to verify accuracy of designs
- Review project plans for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support during construction phase of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Knowledge of Brazilian building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1800$ per month + visa sponsorship provided.
