Formworker in Beer-Sheva, Israel



Our construction company is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling structures made of concrete, wood or steel. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the scope of work
- Measure, cut and shape materials according to specifications
- Assemble forms for pouring concrete, including setting up scaffolding and bracing
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels, screeds or power tools
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Remove forms once concrete has set and clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in measuring, cutting and shaping materials accurately
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Familiarity with various tools used in formwork construction such as trowels, screeds, power tools etc.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work at heights if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
