We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation can be provided for out-of-town workers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper drainage
- Measure and mix concrete according to project specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate tools and techniques
- Smooth and level surfaces using trowels, screeds, and floats
- Finish concrete surfaces by hand or using power tools to create desired texture and appearance
- Patch, repair, and replace damaged or uneven areas of concrete
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with decorative concrete work
- Certification in concrete finishing
