We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects. Your main role will be to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology
- Extensive knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings using relevant software
- Ensure designs meet all necessary building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for projects
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any changes needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer a free visa and ticket for international candidates.
