Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design and development of various commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and budgets
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work with contractors and engineers during construction phase to ensure project is built according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
