Architecture Manager
Our architecture firm is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. This position is suitable for men and requires a candidate with prior experience in the field. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and design. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with project architects to ensure that designs are feasible, safe, and compliant with building codes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team.
- Review project plans and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is following design specifications.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
