Indian Executive Chef in Beer-Sheva
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and executing innovative and authentic Indian dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and inspire our kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items that reflect the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine
- Oversee the preparation and plating of all dishes to ensure quality and presentation standards are met
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Beer-Sheva, Israel (must be legally eligible to work in Israel)
