Formworker - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Beer-Sheva. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures, such as walls, slabs, and foundations. You will also be responsible for interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and operating various tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Full-time availability
- No prior experience needed
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using various materials such as wood, metal or plastic
- Pour and spread concrete into formwork using tools such as shovels or rakes
- Smooth out concrete using trowels or screeds
- Install reinforcing bars and steel mesh
- Remove formwork after concrete has set

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
