Architectural Technologist (Beer-Sheva)



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building regulations and codes, and providing support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Use CAD software to create 2D/3D models and renderings
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
