Barista - Coffee Connoisseur


As a Barista/Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in Beer-Sheva. You must have a passion for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following recipes and quality standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment and utensils
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal offerings, and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa/work permit for working in Beer-Sheva
