Indian Chef in Beer-Sheva
We are in need of an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to our menu
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Work closely with management to develop new menus or make changes to existing ones
- Collaborate with servers to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Address any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or presentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (preference for English speaking candidates)
