Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review project plans and provide technical expertise
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Beer-Sheva
