Our welding company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join and fabricate metal components according to specifications. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Perform various welding techniques such as flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections
- Conduct repairs when necessary
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Flexibility to work in varying environments (outdoors, confined spaces)
- Valid certifications (e.g. AWS) are preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. However, we welcome candidates from any nationality who are legally able to work in Israel.
