Retail Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our growing team in Beer-Sheva. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an appealing and organized manner. This role is suitable for men who are looking for a full-time job with accommodation, free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to plan promotions and displays
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Build strong relationships with store managers to ensure maximum visibility for our products
- Train new employees on proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (no English required)
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products as needed

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (suitable for Kenyans or foreigners)
