Sales Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the sales team and develop sales strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools (CRM software, social media, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Salary: 1700$ per month
