Sales Manager (Malayalee) - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are searching for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be a native Malayalee speaker.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make informed business decisions
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their performance
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in a similar industry (preferably in English speaking markets)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successful team management
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
