Carpenter Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our growing team in Beer-Sheva. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of carpenters on construction projects. Your main duties will include creating work schedules, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to high quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. You should also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Create work schedules for carpenters based on project timelines
- Supervise the work of carpenters and provide technical guidance when needed
- Ensure that all tasks are completed according to project specifications and high quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accuracy of work
- Train new carpenters on company procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols for construction sites
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Experience with various hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
