Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and creating detailed maps and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Extensive knowledge of surveying equipment and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data on land, including topography, boundaries, and existing structures
- Use equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and digital levels to measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours
- Create detailed maps and reports based on collected data using specialized software
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate information for construction projects
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear manner
- Keep accurate records of all survey data for future reference

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
