We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing stone, brick, and concrete structures. You will work with various materials to create beautiful and functional buildings and structures, using your knowledge of geometry and construction techniques.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in masonry work, be physically fit to handle heavy materials and tools, and possess good hand-eye coordination. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or specifications
- Cut or break bricks and stones using hammers, chisels, or other specialized tools
- Prepare cement or mortar by mixing materials according to specified ratios
- Spread mortar between bricks or stones with trowels
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using plumb rules, levels, or other measuring tools
- Repair cracks or damaged sections of concrete structures using appropriate techniques
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces after finishing operations
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Familiarity with different types of masonry materials such as brick, stone, concrete blocks etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
