Position Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and appliances.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from management or tenants.
- Keep the facility clean and organized at all times.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar facility such as a hotel or apartment building.
- Certification in relevant trades such as plumbing or electrical work.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
