Office Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
Our dynamic and growing company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal employees
- Handle any HR related tasks such as onboarding new employees or managing employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month plus benefits. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
