Hotel Sales Manager in Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and other key partners
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Beer-Sheva's local market is preferred
