We are a reputable hotel located in Beer-Sheva, seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation. We welcome applications from Indians with excellent English communication skills and those who hold their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure profitable business for the hotel
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
