Concierge - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a personable and efficient Concierge to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Beer-Sheva. As the first point of contact for guests, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay. You will be responsible for coordinating various services and activities, making reservations, and providing information about local attractions and events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and other activities in the area
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and requests using computer systems or manual logs
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Liaise with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with local attractions, events, and transportation options in Beer-Sheva is desirable but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: $1100/month

Note: This position is open to Kenyan nationals as well as foreigners who have their own visa for working in Israel. Accommodation will not be provided.
