Information Security Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and systems from potential cyber threats. You will work closely with other members of the IT department to implement security measures and protocols, conduct risk assessments, and monitor for any suspicious activity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with industry standards
- Monitor networks and systems for any potential security breaches or incidents
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all employees are trained on security protocols
- Work with vendors to evaluate and implement new security technologies
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption methods, etc.
- Experience with network scanning tools such as Nmap or Nessus
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g. GDPR) and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)

Salary: $1300/month
Location: Jerusalem
