Network and Systems Administrator - Jerusalem, Israel

We are searching for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our computer networks and systems. This position requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. A strong understanding of Malayalee culture is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and security of our computer networks and systems
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus software, and other systems
- Install and configure software, hardware, and computer peripherals
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Create documentation for network procedures and configurations
- Provide technical support for software/hardware issues

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficient in Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
