We are a leading education company in Jerusalem, looking for a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team. As a Teamlead, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising our team of English speaking students.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of English speaking students, ensuring their success in their studies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the academic performance of the students
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any concerns or issues they may have
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to organize educational events and activities for the students
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in teaching or mentoring English speaking students
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
