Team Lead - Jerusalem, Israel


As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. Your main duties will include overseeing daily operations, providing support and guidance to team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Must be fluent in Hebrew (English proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Israel is required

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with upper management to establish team goals and objectives
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and abilities
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement as needed
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and updates
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary support or resources

- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Prepare reports on team performance for upper management
