We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's databases, ensuring that they are secure, organized, and functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and make necessary optimizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any database related issues
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and updates
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new applications into existing databases
- Develop data models and database designs based on business requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator is required
- Extensive knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data normalization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Good communication skills in English

Other Requirements:
