Interpreter (English/Hindi) - Jerusalem, Israel

We are seeking an experienced Interpreter fluent in English and Hindi to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Interpreter, your role will be to facilitate communication between English and Hindi speaking individuals, both verbally and in writing. You will work closely with a variety of clients, including businesses, government agencies, and individuals. Your responsibilities will include accurately translating dialogue in real-time, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality, and providing cultural context when necessary. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services between English and Hindi speakers during meetings, conferences, interviews, and other situations
- Accurately translate spoken dialogue in real-time while maintaining the tone and style of the speaker
- Translate written documents from English to Hindi or vice versa
- Ensure confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Provide cultural context when necessary to ensure understanding between parties
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret accurately in real-time
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of different customs and traditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or relevant field
- Certification from a recognized interpreting program

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time), with potential for full-time employment
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
Preference: Indian nationals with valid work visa or willingness to obtain visa sponsorship
