Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on various topics related to our services
- Develop and implement customized strategies to help clients achieve their goals
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to communicate with clients, including email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to our services
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our services and processes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions for future reference

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken)
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with various online tools and platforms such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to our services
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
