Facade Specialist

A reputable construction company in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of facades on various construction projects. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national who has experience in facade work and is looking to work in Jerusalem. English language skills are not required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of facades on construction projects
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor junior facade workers
- Perform quality control checks on completed work
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes
- Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent, and progress made on each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with facades in a construction setting
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with contractors or other team members who may not speak the same language
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Willingness to live in provided accommodations near the construction site

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
