Commercial Architect



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed plans, 3D models, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and meets quality standards.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project progress, resolve any issues that may arise, and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget and timeline.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and address any concerns or changes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong design skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is based in Jerusalem.
