Commercial Architect
A reputable architecture firm in Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1400 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Jerusalem. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the area.
