Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will lead and oversee all architectural projects for our company in Jerusalem. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your duties will include developing project plans, coordinating with clients and contractors, and overseeing the design process from conception to construction. You should have a strong understanding of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods. Excellent leadership skills are essential as you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to achieve project goals. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members is also crucial in this role. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month and includes accommodation. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension. Indian nationals with proficiency in English are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the design process to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing structures
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the construction process
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Indian nationality preferred
