Main Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements using various types of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing recommendations and suggestions for floral designs based on budget and occasion
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensuring all orders are completed on time and with high quality standards
- Collaborating with the team to create stunning displays for events or in-store promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients
- Creativity and an eye for detail when designing arrangements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons
