Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Jerusalem. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (open to candidates of any nationality)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or related role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work part-time (20-30 hours per week)
- Visa sponsorship available for foreign candidates.
