Office Assistant - Jerusalem
We are seeking a responsible and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Monitor office expenses and handle billing processes
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Salary: $1300 USD/month
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
