As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the visual presentation of products in retail stores. This includes creating attractive displays, organizing product placement, and ensuring that inventory is stocked and visually appealing. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product placement and promotions. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating an inviting shopping experience for customers.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in merchandising or visual display, as well as strong organizational and analytical skills. A creative eye for design is also important in order to create appealing displays that attract customers. Excellent communication skills are also necessary to effectively collaborate with store managers and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that effectively showcase products
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and organized on shelves
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure all visual standards are met
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Travel between multiple retail locations as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or visual display preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Flexibility to travel between multiple retail locations
- Must have own visa or legal authorization to work in Jerusalem
- Must have experience working without accommodations
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- No English language requirements
