Land Surveyor - Jerusalem, Palestine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jerusalem, Palestine. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and determining property boundaries for construction projects. Your duties will also include preparing maps and reports, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy of survey results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using surveying software and GPS technology
- Ability to read and interpret maps and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (Malayalee preferred)
- Biometric passport (for non-Palestinian nationals)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, location of structures, or other property features.
- Use equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and 3D scanners to collect data.
- Analyze collected data to create accurate maps, drawings, and reports.
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds, easements, or right-of-way documents.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Ensure all survey equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in surveying technology.
