Administrator for English Speaking Office in Jerusalem, Philippines
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our English speaking office in Jerusalem, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
- Assisting with project management tasks, such as creating and updating reports
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600$
Location: Jerusalem (without accommodation)
