Office Manager - English Speaking (Egyptian Nationals) - Jerusalem, Israel
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Egyptian national, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing support to our team. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings
- Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices and managing budget spreadsheets
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- Egyptian national with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
